HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR WEDDING
PHOTOS?
Budgeting for your wedding is top priority and I understand the need for clarity on cost from the get-go. Before I can provide a quote, I’ll need to know a few more details about your event, such as:
How many photographers you want
How many hours of coverage you need
Location and/or potential travel costs
On average, for one photographer and a full day of coverage, you can expect to invest around $4,000.
When will I receive my photos?
Wedding photos: You’ll receive 10 highlight photos within 24 hours so that you can share your special day with family, friends, and on social media. You can expect to receive your complete wedding collection within 60 days following your wedding day.
Senior photos: You can expect to receive your senior photos within 14 days following the photoshoot. Obviously, if there are any submission deadlines that come before that, please let me know so that I can get you your photos on time!
All other photos: Deadlines are entirely dependent on how extensive the edits are and what the project timeline is. Contact me for more details.
How many photos will I receive?
Wedding photos: You can expect to receive between 500-1,000 photos in your complete collection. Please keep in mind that this amount will vary depending on the amount of time I am hired to photograph your wedding.
Senior photos/professional portraiture: You can expect to receive between 25-50 photos. These can be sized to any specific dimensions you need, so make sure to give me those details!
Event photos: You can expect to receive between 25-50 photos per hour that I am there.
All other photos: This amount is entirely dependent on how extensive the shoot was and the project details.

How many videographers you want
How many hours of coverage you need
Location and/or potential travel costs
On average, for one videographer and a full day of coverage, you can expect to invest around $5,000.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY VIDEO?
Wedding video: You can expect to receive your wedding video(s) within 90 days following your wedding day.
All other video: Deadlines are entirely dependent on the type of project and product. Contact me for more details.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
I currently live in Richmond, VA and provide photography and video services to clients in all 50 states for couples, creatives, and companies worldwide. I’m well-traveled in the Virginia, DC, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New York, and North Carolina areas.
DO YOU TRAVEL?
Sure do! Why should distance keep us apart? I'm always open to traveling to whatever location you might have in mind for your event. Keep in mind that standard travel fees apply (flights, hotels, rental cars, etc). I always include an estimation of costs in my initial quote so you know what to expect.
